The current contact form may request full name, company name, country, email address, telephone / WhatsApp number, product category and project or enquiry details. Visitors may also upload project files such as specifications, BOQ documents, drawings or reference images.

OTELSAN uses submitted information to understand the request, direct it to the relevant team, communicate with the visitor, evaluate product or project requirements and prepare an appropriate response or commercial quotation.

The current consent interface is provided through Complianz. In a clean pre-consent browser test performed for the current configuration, technical cookies including _lscache_vary, request_a_quote_user_cookie and shop_per_page were observed. Optional sbjs_* source-attribution cookies were not present before a consent choice in that test.

The same technical review did not identify active Google Analytics cookies or an embedded Google Maps request on the tested homepage configuration.

The tested homepage did request a Google-hosted font stylesheet. Loading an external resource may transmit technical connection data, including IP address and browser/device information, to the external provider even where no Google cookie is stored.

Personal data may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary for an appropriate business, technical, contractual or legal purpose.

In the current tested homepage configuration, the browser makes an external request to Google-hosted font infrastructure. Such a connection may transmit technical information, including IP address and browser/device information, to infrastructure operated outside Türkiye.

The website also contains links to external services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. When a visitor chooses to open an external service, the visitor's browser communicates directly with that provider and the provider's own privacy terms apply.
